Privacy Policy

The controller of the personal data processed on this platform is the organization operating Completude Studio (Sertão Desenvolve / Completude). To exercise your rights or ask questions about privacy, use this channel: privacidade@sertaodesenvolve.com.br.

When Studio is used by an agency or company to manage client brands, that organization may act as controller of the data in its operations; in these cases, Completude Studio acts as a processor or joint controller according to the contractual context.

• Account and authentication: name, email, password (stored in encrypted form by the authentication provider), session and, if enabled, a link to Google or Facebook OAuth.
• Workspace and brand: Brand Brain data (company, offering, audience, visual identity, CNPJ/legal name when provided), members and roles (OWNER, EDITOR, VIEWER).
• Content and media: briefs, text, images, videos, approvals, comments on public links, and technical generation and publishing logs.
• Social connections: tokens and metadata for Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts required for publishing (stored with encryption).
• Usage and support: access records, error diagnostics, operational metrics and verification/password reset communications.
• Payments: subscription and billing data processed by intermediaries (e.g. Stripe), without storing full card details in Studio.

• Performance of a contract / preliminary procedures: creating an account and providing content generation, approval and publishing services.
• Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, product improvement and support, always with impact assessment and minimization.
• Compliance with a legal obligation: minimum retention of tax/contractual records where applicable.
• Consent: where required (e.g. optional marketing communications or features that depend on explicit authorization). Registration requires acceptance of this Policy and the Terms of Use.

Data may be processed by providers strictly necessary for the service, for example:

• hosting and database (e.g. Railway / MySQL) and media storage (S3);
• AI providers for generating text, images, audio or video;
• social networks (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) when you connect accounts and authorize publishing;
• Completude ERP (SSO, authentication notifications and tenant integration);
• payment processors and observability tools (when enabled).

We do not sell personal data. International transfers, if any (e.g. AI APIs or social networks), observe contractual safeguards and the purpose of the contracted service.

We use cookies and local storage that are essential for authentication, session security and product operation. We do not rely on third-party advertising cookies in the standard Studio experience. You can block cookies in your browser; this may prevent login.

We retain data while the account/workspace is active and for as long as necessary for the described purposes, including statutory periods and the defense of rights. After account deletion or a legitimate erasure request, we remove or anonymize personal data, except where retention is legally permitted.

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk: encryption of social credentials, multi-tenant isolation, role-based access control, scoped approval links with an optional PIN, and denial of authenticated routes without a session. No system is 100% invulnerable; please protect your passwords and OAuth access.

You may request, as applicable:

• confirmation of processing and access to data;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or erasure of unnecessary data or data processed in noncompliance;
• portability, information on sharing and withdrawal of consent;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest, where applicable.

Account deletion: in the mobile application, deletion is performed through the app itself. On the web, request it by email or by phone at (83) 98713-7778; our team confirms your identity and performs the deletion.

Completude Studio is intended for professional/business use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 to create an account. If you identify an improper registration, contact the privacy channel.

We may update this Policy to reflect legal or product changes. The date at the top indicates the current version. Significant changes may be communicated within Studio or through your registered email.
