Terms of Use

Studio offers tools to plan, generate, review, approve and publish social media content with AI, Brand Brain and OAuth integrations. Features may depend on plans, credits, workspace settings and external approvals (App Review, network consoles).

• You must have legal capacity to contract and use the service on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and the confidentiality of credentials.
• Multi-tenant workspaces require that only authorized people receive access roles.

You retain the rights to the materials you submit (brand, media, briefs). AI-generated content in your workspace is intended for your use, subject to reusable asset licenses, social network policies and model provider restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing claims, image/music rights and regulatory compliance before publishing.

• Do not use Studio for spam, fraud, unlawful content, illegal discrimination or infringement of third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, workspace isolation or security measures.
• Do not abuse APIs, workers or public approval links.

By connecting accounts, you authorize Studio to act according to the permissions granted. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platform policies take precedence over any expectation created by the interface. Certification and App Review are conditions external to the product code.

Paid features follow the contracted plan. Credits, limits and prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Failures by AI providers or networks do not automatically entitle you to refunds beyond those provided by the plan or law.

The service is offered “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss is limited, without prejudice to consumer rights where applicable.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms, a security risk or a legal order.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district where the Completude Studio operator is headquartered shall have jurisdiction, except where a legally privileged jurisdiction applies.
