Social media for restaurants and delivery, without stopping the kitchen

Running a restaurant means planning the menu, serving the floor and checking delivery orders on the same day. Instagram waits. With Completude Studio, you describe the dish, the offer or the special opening hours in one sentence and get posts, carousels and Reels in your house style, ready to approve.

What holds back a restaurant's Instagram

Restaurant customers decide with their eyes and in a hurry. They want to know what's on today, how much it costs, how late you deliver and whether it's worth the trip. A profile that has been quiet for two weeks answers all of that with silence.

The problem is rarely a lack of topics. There are plenty: the dish of the day, a seasonal ingredient, a look behind the kitchen door, a customer review, holiday hours. What's missing is the time to turn each topic into a good-looking, consistent piece.

  • The menu changes, but the feed shows a dish from three months ago.
  • Offers announced only in Stories, with no artwork of their own.
  • Every post in a different font and color, as if from different places.
  • Special hours announced at the last minute, with no time to design.

Requests a restaurant can make in the Studio

The requests below are examples. You write them your way, and the Studio fills in format, copy and caption with the identity saved in Brand Brain.

  • Post

Request: “Wednesday lunch special post: grilled chicken with vegetables, using the photo I'm attaching.”

Why it works: Your dish photo becomes the photo in the piece, with no generic image in its place.

  • Carousel

Request: “Carousel with the house's 5 most ordered dishes, one per slide, ending with the delivery link.”

Why it works: One slide per dish and the call to action on the last one, as the format asks.

  • Reel

Request: “Reel showing fresh pasta being made, warm tone, inviting people to Sunday lunch.”

Why it works: A five-scene script, voiceover and captions in the house colors.

  • Post

Request: “Holiday hours notice: open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday.”

Why it works: A practical notice that looks like the brand, instead of loose text in Stories.

Demo pieces made in the Studio

These pieces were made in the Studio itself for brands of the Completude ecosystem, not for restaurant clients, and they are in Portuguese. They show the composition pattern: a real photo up front, a short headline, a clear call to action. Yours come out with your dish, your colors and your way of speaking.

What the routine looks like with the Studio

  1. The house identity, once

Logo, colors, fonts and tone (casual, family, upscale) live in Brand Brain and apply to every piece.

  2. The week's pieces in minutes

Ask for menu posts and carousels, or Reels of the cooking, and review them all at once.

    See the feature: Instagram posts
  3. Scheduled on Instagram

Approve and schedule on the calendar. Instagram publishes on time, even in the middle of service.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use photos of my dishes?

Yes, and we recommend it. Attach the photo to the request or keep it in the brand gallery. The piece uses your photo instead of generating an image of the dish.

Does the Studio put prices on the artwork?

If you give the price in the request, it goes into the piece. A price taken from an attached reference is only published after you confirm it.

Can I publish to the restaurant's Instagram straight from the Studio?

Yes. Connect the professional Instagram account and publish or schedule. No piece is published without your approval.

I have more than one location. How does it work?

If the locations share one brand, one workspace is enough. If each has its own identity, the Agency plan keeps the brands in isolated workspaces.
