Social media for service businesses that have no time to post

Accountants, lawyers, consultants, architects, technicians and agencies sell something that doesn't fit in a product photo: trust. Completude Studio helps you explain what you do, answer the usual questions and show your process in posts, carousels and Reels in your brand identity.

Post, in Portuguese, with a business owner at a laptop and the headline "End of day: what comes in and what falls due in one place".
Demo piece made in the Studio for Completude ERP: a service explained in one sentence.

What holds back a service business's Instagram

A service is invisible until someone hires it. Clients can't touch what you deliver, so they decide on signals: clarity, consistency and the sense that you understand their problem.

Service providers are usually serving a client when they should be posting. The result is a profile that only shows up when the calendar empties, which is exactly when it should have shown up earlier.

  • A profile that only posts when the calendar is empty.
  • Technical explanations clients don't understand.
  • The same questions answered one by one on WhatsApp.
  • No sign of the work process anywhere in the feed.

Requests a service provider can make in the Studio

Examples of requests. The Studio writes in client language, with no jargon, from the tone saved in Brand Brain.

  • Carousel

Request: “Carousel with the 5 questions every new client asks me before hiring me to open their company.”

Why it works: It answers in public what you answer in private every day.

  • Post

Request: “Post explaining, in one sentence, what changes for a client who outsources their finances.”

Why it works: A concrete benefit in the headline, detail in the caption.

  • Reel

Request: “Reel showing the stages of a renovation project, from first contact to handover.”

Why it works: It shows the process, which is what the client is buying.

  • Post

Request: “Post inviting people to a first conversation on WhatsApp, consultative tone.”

Why it works: A clear call to the next step.

Demo pieces made in the Studio

These pieces were made in the Studio itself for Completude ERP, a brand of the Completude ecosystem, and they are in Portuguese. They show how to turn a service into a message: a concrete pain in the headline, the solution in the supporting line and a clear call to action. Yours come out with your service and your tone.

What the routine looks like with the Studio

  1. Your way of explaining

Tone, the terms you use and the ones you avoid live in Brand Brain. For law firms and financial consultancies, the Studio also blocks forbidden promises of results in Portuguese copy.

  2. Questions become carousels

The questions you answer on WhatsApp become short carousels, ready to save and share.

  3. Consistency without the effort

Plan the week on the calendar and let Instagram publish while you serve clients.

Frequently asked questions

I'm a lawyer. Does the Studio follow the Brazilian Bar's rules?

For law brands, it blocks Portuguese phrases that promise a case result or solicit clients directly. That helps, but it doesn't replace your review: you remain responsible for what is published.

I don't have photos of my work. Does it still work?

Yes. The Studio can generate context images or use stock images. Real photos of your work and team, when you have them, make the pieces more your own.

I serve clients from several companies. Can I run their social media?

On the Agency plan, each client gets an isolated workspace with its own brand and its own approval link.

How long until the first piece?

After you set up the brand, your first request already generates a piece for review. Generation time depends on the format: video takes longer than a post.
